Booking & Pricing

How far in advance do i need to book?

We recommend booking airport runs, scheduled appointments and longer journeys as early as possible to guarantee availability.

Local journeys can often be booked on the day, subject to availability.

Do you offer same-day bookings?

Yes, subject to availability but advance booking is always recommended for time-sensitive journeys.

How are your prices calculated?

Prices are based on distance, journey time, and current operating costs (including fuel).

For journeys taking place within the next 14 days, prices are fixed at the time of booking. For bookings further in advance, prices are provided as an estimate and are confirmed within 14 days of the travel date in line with current fuel costs.

Is there a minimum fare?

Yes — a minimum fare applies to all journeys to cover base operating costs.

The exact minimum fare will depend on your location and journey, and will always be confirmed at the time of booking.

How Long is my quote valid for?

All quotes are based on current operating costs, including fuel.


Due to ongoing fuel price fluctuations, prices for bookings scheduled more than 14 days in advance are provided as estimates. Final pricing is confirmed within 14 days of the journey date. Any adjustments will reflect changes in fuel costs and will be communicated clearly in advance.

How can I pay?

We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or card.

Payment details will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Do I need to pay in advance?

For most local journeys, payment can be made at the time of travel.

For airport transfers or longer-distance bookings, we may require a deposit or full payment in advance to secure your booking. This will always be confirmed with you beforehand.

If you believe you’ve left an item in one of our vehicles, please contact us as soon as possible with details of your journey and the item.

We’ll check with the driver and do our best to locate it. If found, we’ll arrange a convenient way for you to collect it or have it returned.

What happens if I’m running late?

If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

We allow a short grace period where possible, but delays may affect the driver’s schedule. Extended waiting time may result in an additional charge or require the booking to be rescheduled, depending on availability.

Do you charge waiting time?

A short grace period is included in your journey.

If waiting time exceeds this, a small additional charge may apply. We will always aim to keep this fair and reasonable, and details can be confirmed at the time of booking.

Do you offer business or regular bookings?

Yes — we offer both business accounts and regular bookings.

CAN CHILDREN TRAVEL ALONE IN THE TAXI?

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult unless agreed in advance.

In certain cases, we may accept unaccompanied minors with prior arrangement and written consent from a parent or guardian. Please contact us to discuss your requirements before booking.

does my child need a child seat in the taxi?

By law, children can travel in a licensed taxi or private hire vehicle without a car seat if one is not available.
